Jin Xiangzuo, born in Lucheng in 1953 and the chairman of the World Packaging Industry Alliance and the World Packaging Center Group, started his business at the age of 28 in 1981. He is a senior figure in China's packaging industry and the first generation of entrepreneurs in Wenzhou. He is also a pioneer and explorer in the development of the market economy in Wenzhou over the past 40 years of reform and opening up.
He and his founded Jintai Group and Baochun series packaging machinery have won provincial, ministerial, and international gold awards, and their reputation has spread far and wide at home and abroad.

He emphasized the center's vision - to become a leader in the global packaging industry, promote technological innovation, and facilitate industrial upgrading.
